Aspen Classroom

Course: The Medical-Dental-Legal Update is a 5-day course presented weekly, Monday - Friday.

Classroom Location: AEI’s Aspen classroom is located at Lift One Condominiums in the meeting room just off the lobby. Lift One Condominiums, which has just undergone a breathtaking renovation, is enviably located in downtown Aspen only a short walk to the Silver Queen Gondola, Lift 1A, the town's many fine restaurants, galleries, shops and renown nightlife. In addition to a super location and reasonably priced 1, 2 and 3 bedroom accommodations, Lift One offers a completely new heated pool and whirlpool area, free wireless Internet access, daily maid service, laundry facilities, wood burning fireplaces in each unit and more.

Winter

Summer

Hours: 7:30AM - 11:30AM

Directions: Lift One is located at 131 East Durant Avenue in Aspen. From Main Street proceed toward Aspen Mountain to Durant Street. From there proceed right to 131 Durant located at the corner of Durant and Aspen, two blocks from Wagner Park.

Snowmass Classroom

Course:The Medical-Dental-Legal Update is a 5-day course presented weekly, Monday - Friday.

Classroom Location: AEI’s Snowmass classroom is located at Timberline Condominiums in the The Trailside Conference Room. Timberline Condominiums is a ski-in, ski-out property offering studio 1, 2 and 3 bedroom accommodations, a pool size outdoor hot tub, fitness center with steam room, wireless Internet access, a full service restaurant and more. Timberline is serviced by the free Snowmass Village Shuttle which runs every 20 minutes from 7:12 a.m. to 10:40 p.m. The shuttle departs Snowmass Village Mall for Upper Village (of which Timberline is part) every 20 minutes beginning at 7:15 a.m., and it departs from Upper Village every 20 minutes beginning at 7:17 a.m.

Discounted Lodging: Timberline Condominiums offers AEI registrants an advance, direct booking discount of 10% off normal lodging rates for the period booked. AEI registrants will receive their last night of lodging free when they stay a minimum of six nights between12/6-12/19/2008 3/28-4/12/09.

Directions: Timberline Condominiums are located in Upper Village on 264 Snowmelt Road across from Parking Lot 13.

  • Better establish and analyze management and financial practice metrics.
  • Make better informed decisions regarding practice structure and retirement plans.
  • Better assess the pros and cons of hospital affiliation.
  • Make better ambulatory pain management decisions.
  • More effectively manage patients with HIV/AIDS.
  • Incorporate knowledge of newly approved drugs and safety updates into treatment decisions.
  • Be a more responsible steward of antibiotics.
  • Better assess and treat low back pain.
